How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with:
- Your Order Number
- A tracking link (if available)
- Shipping courier information
You can also track your order by logging in to your account:
- Click on Account / Login at the top right
- Go to My Orders
- View your order status and tracking info
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking numbers are usually available within 1–2 business days after your order is processed and shipped.
What are the possible order statuses?
- Order Placed – We’ve received your order
- Processing – Our team is packing and preparing your items
- Shipped – Your order has been handed to the courier
- Delivered – Your item has arrived
Need help with tracking?
If your tracking link doesn’t work or hasn’t updated for 48 hours:

- Include your Order Number and the issue
