How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your Order Number
  • A tracking link (if available)
  • Shipping courier information

You can also track your order by logging in to your account:

  • Click on Account / Login at the top right
  • Go to My Orders
  • View your order status and tracking info

When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking numbers are usually available within 1–2 business days after your order is processed and shipped.


What are the possible order statuses?

  • Order Placed – We’ve received your order
  • Processing – Our team is packing and preparing your items
  • Shipped – Your order has been handed to the courier
  • Delivered – Your item has arrived

Need help with tracking?

If your tracking link doesn’t work or hasn’t updated for 48 hours:

  • Email us at legazpi.sales@gmail.com
  • Include your Order Number and the issue
  • Our support team will help you as soon as possible.
